Terrible service! Impossible to contact customer service I don’t reply to emails wouldn’t bother to read them properly when they finally doing lie; customer service number always busy when you get through lengthy wait in the cut you off. Safe place delivery instructions ignored by Royal mail. Continuous reminders to order prescription when they just delivered prescription and it’s not due for another six weeks. Used to be so good. Must have outgrown their ability to service the public
Where do I start!!! Medicine out of stock - but for 12 days!! Chased 3 times. Asked them to release the prescription so I could get at Local chemist, which they said they could not do that - Until they spoke to their "Manager". Said it would be released by 2pm. Went to my chemist at 4pm and it they could not find it, or give me any emergency supply as the prescription had been filled! Went on line to find out what was going on and Pharmacy2U had dispatched my medicine. It had not arrived by the time I got home. Went to the Royal Mail tracking - incorrect number Tried ringing today 27/11/18 and the phone is constantly engaged AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Especially if you cannot afford to wait 2-3 weeks for your medicine.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has condemned another digital healthcare provider as unsafe, not well led and ineffective.
The CQC has found issues with Pharmacy 2U’s patient identification, prescriptions and asthma care.
It comes after private online GP service Push Doctor had also been found to be delivering unsafe care in a damning report by the health and social care regulatory authority.
Pharmacy 2U operates an online clinic for patients providing consultations, prescriptions and medicines. It claim to be the first and largest online pharmacy in the UK.
Pharmacy2U has already taken immediate action to rectify some of the issues after the CQC report.
