THINKING OF RENTING ELECTRICAL GOODS.BEWARE THE PITFALLS

1st september after only a week of a replacement.which took 5 weeks to get replaced.so no washer working for 5 weeks.unfit for purpose.the latest replacement breaks down after a week.f12 fault.main board not communicating.so washer useless.wont come out until 10 days time to fix or replace.dispite there adds saying same day repair or replacement.as for quality goods.no way.it hadnt even been cleaned properly before renting it out.or checked properly that it was fully working.
poor service .poor quality goods.unfit for purpose.breaking trading standards rules. The next date available is 20th August, it is booked as an all day call with a text from the driver on the day with a time slot, in order to do this we would need a contact phone number for you.Moving forward, how would you like to make your monthly payments, we can reinstate the direct debit from whichever date is suitable for you. ------------------------ Sent: 14 August 2020 13:41 WILL not wait till 20th august your site says replacements or repair quickly often same day.but i will give upto 3 days for you to arrange one to be dilivered. the new machine will be fitted first before the old one is taken away.as we dont want your men clearing off with the old machine and not fitting a new one.And they are to wait till the machine does the first cycle.To show its working ok. I have had to speak to the depot manager and he has had to open an earlier slot for your call to be added to the round, I am unable to get you booked on any earlier.
